Wow, another year already...seems so fast, doesn't it. Yay, I am off tomorrow. Have you made any New Year Resolutions for 2010 yet? Yay, I finally finished my final exam. I hope I did okay on it. What a long weekend last week. Here's a recap: I had planned on going shopping for Christmas decorations and whatnot the day after Christmas. So I was playing with Cafe World and was getting ready to go to bed. The puppies and Dustin were already asleep after a long day of eating and opening presents : ) . Suddenly, the doorbell rang like around 12 or so. I couldn't see out, but it was Ly and she said she was just robbed by 2 guys. Seriously, robbed on Christmas?! My first instinct was to wake up Dustin and tell him to go get his gun. I was out for blood mode. I guess I should have consoled Ly, but I really wanted to hurry up and catch the robbers and beat the bejesus outta them. We drove her back to her apartment, and you could see her body outline in the snow. Weird. We drove around for awhile hoping to recover some of her stolen items since the robber fled on foot. I am up late trying to wrap up a few more presents. Dustin and the puppies are already in bed fast asleep, so I'm out in the dining room wrapping presents alone. The house is super quiet. I've still got both Christmas trees lit up. I kid you not when I say this, but I keep hearing a tingling sound...like bells. Not like one bell but alot..like sleigh bells or jingle bells. At first I thought it may be one of our cell phones, but I keep hearing it...so obviously no one's going to keep messaging you or whatever. Our antique clock isn't working, so it's ruled out. We don't have wind chimes, nor do our neighbors. Besides, the wind is blowing hard constantly. I seriously don't know what it is. I don't have any decorations that make noise. Anyhow, here's a Santa tracker ...just in case : )

Pictures and this update by Cathy I (Cathy) got two balls with holes. (It was made like that) One was little and the other was huge. What I was I got the little ball and stuck in the huge ball. Well, Ando tried to get the little ball out of it. As he was doing it, HE WENT CRAZY! HE'S DIGGING HIS NOSE IN THE HOLES!

We waited all year for Black Friday to get a new washer and dryer. Our old washer wasn't that old and worked fine, however our dryer which was a hand-me-down twice was on its last leg. We bought a front loading washer and dryer, though it wasn't a black friday sale, it was a pre-black friday sale. Sears pricematched and the sale included the pedestals, which run $250 a piece. They don't do anything, which is so lame. Could just have effectively put the washer and dryer on cement blocks. Anyway, bought he detergent at Sam's. Had to give the old Cheer powder detergent to my parents... it was still new. I washed and dried my huge comforter along with the sheets with no problems. I gathered all the puppies' stinky blankets and washed them in the sanitary and baby wash. The wash took quite awhile, but when we took them out the blankets smelled CLEAN. You cannot tell the puppies had those blankets in their crates... no sign of stinky boston terriers . I love ou

Yesterday, Ando and Maro were play fighting in the bedroom while Hiro stood by and watched over by the plant at the staircase. I told them to get out. Of course, they don't listen so I have to raise my voice, "GET OUT!!" They stopped and bolted out the bedroom door. When they did that, they were going so fast they knocked Hiro off his feet/paws (whatever!). It was like in slow-mo... I saw Hiro's look of surprise as he flew backwards onto the rug by the front door. I was like watching bowling. Hiro sat up and looked at me like..."Did you see that?? *sniff*" Poor Hiro.

We finally got the two leaks in the roof fixed since grand homes has washed their hands of all responsibilities. According to the roofer, Grand Homes has shoddy roofers..and we can attest to that. I've seen so many complaints about the roofers Grand Homes uses, and we're no different. How did they ever get to builder of the year awards?! Our windows needed to be resealed, which I'll have to do the bedroom ones myself. The roofer basically resealed the above stairs windows in the entertainment area, resealed the mortar, glue/nail down shingles that weren't nailed down. omg, what a nightmare! Total cost $400. Sheesh!
